    Check out ON (it's GNC's brand). Many of them don't appear to have any artificial ingredients.

    I tried Progenex and love it. It's just a little costly.

    I can't believe no one has brought up the expense of protein. I won't buy more than what I need. There's no point.

    I believe that as long as you are consuming a minimum of 0.3g/lb of lean mass, you should be getting adequate protein to retain muscle.
