I'm TOO pretty to work...

She's pretty, sure, but she looks older than 33.
Read this and had to look at the article again. Somehow I missed her age. I was thinking she was in her 50s, maybe late 40s. The only people I know to age that poorly either have had hard lives or too many years at the beach lathered in baby oil.0 -
What's up with her eyebrows?0
-
she looks so old for 33 I bet she doesn't look that great under makeup. She wears a lot for someone who claims her natural beauty is astounding0
-
There is no way she is 33. :noway:0

There was a girl-"star" with the same believes in Greece.
First she won some beauty contests... then she tried to become a singer.... Failed!
Then she tried to become an actress....FAILED
Last thing she tried.... to become porn star!... Yeah! She FAILED on that too!

Some may say she is younger and more beautiful than the woman in the article but she still "tried to work"...0 -
Oh dear Lord... Julia Alexandratou... Just... no...:sick:0

Maybe she wouldn't be as pretty if she didn't spend almost 2000 euros a month on being a waste of life.
bump and is this NSFW??
I cnnoty wait to get home and check this chick out0 -
THREAD RECAP:
-she looks older than 33
-bears similarities to Michael Jackson
-she is pretty but not too pretty
-she isn't that pretty
-she is not attractive at all
-she wears a lot of makeup
-some people can relate to her on some days
-a lot of people are prettier than her
-eyebrows can be creepy
-criticisms reinforce her delusional perceptions of herself (don't hate the playa, hate the game)
You forgot, "needs a better bra to put the girls back where they belong."
in even more summary:
-IN to body shame random woman's pics.
I was merely adding what seems to be a repetitive comment to the thread recap, not stating my opinion.0 -
I hate that her parents are paying for her like that. That's not right.0

I am having a hard time seeing how she was harassed continuously by a bunch of research scientists, especially these days. I work in scientific research, and maybe I'm a troll (not the internet kind, but the lives under a bridge kind) and not pretty enough, but I've never see any incidence of sexual harassment. Oh sure, the graduate students and post docs can be a horny bunch after hours, but mainly people are working 6-7 day a week trying generate enough data for their dissertations or applying for grants to keep their projects funded. There's some mild flirting that goes on, but people are simply too busy to engage in sexual harassement.0

I think this was a troll post to see how many MFPers would come out to body shame this woman in the pics, call her old and comment on her boobs.
Ridiculous!
For the record, sexual harassment is real and I have seen boss' wives pressure boss' to fire certain female employees for wearing shorts too short, etc. This stuff does exist.
At the same time, the lady who was in charge of one of the law sections in the bar association I am a member of was drop dead gorgeous, a hard worker, and didn't appear to have to quit her profession because she happened to also be beautiful. So I think this particular woman (if it is even REAL) obviously just doesn't want to work. And why should she? Her family has inherited a bunch of money. I'm not sure I would keep slaving away the 9-5 if I didn't have to either. I wouldn't make up some dumb excuse, but I certainly wouldn't be pulling the hours I am.
I didn't take it as the OP making it to invite people to body shame. If that were the case, every single of the "this celebrity/fitness model/mode/plus size model, etc. is my ideal body type" threads would also be created with the intent to invite people to body shame. I think she was maybe just perplexed by how anyone would openly say they were too pretty to work.
Just FYI- I didn't really think that either. I was hoping it though for all the body shaming comments I saw in here.
body shaming makes me sad... :frown:0 -

Her body is quite lovely, actually. She could use a better bra.
She mostly needs an ego check and makeup lessons.0 -
Oh dear Lord... Julia Alexandratou... Just... no...
Hahahaha... Well she was raised by her parents telling her she is too beautiful to work ...that's why I remembered her....
Of course now she's a FREAK...0 -
Too pretty to work? I'd MAYBE believe her if she lived a modest lifestyle and kept to herself.... maybe. But the lavish lifestyle, designer shoes & handbags? She's a spoiled 33 year-old woman who refuses to grow up & thinks the world owes her something. That sense of entitlement might get her a few free drinks at the bar, but it certainly won't get her professional recognition. It's called "work" for a reason. Quitting work after 3 years because of "too much" attention then letting the media know about it? I doubt she has a problem with getting attention. If I were a betting man I'd say she thrives on it.0

Just got home.............boy was I disappointed what a freak0
-
I think I'm more disappointed in the fact that this is what constitutes as a news article nowadays. Then again, it is Daily Mail so...0
-
Well, this argument makes more sense than the excuses most Welfare recipients here in the US manufacture ...
If she finds some idiot to take care of her, who cares? They deserve each other.0 -
People shouldn't just jump for a random job, but rather think what they would do even if they wouldn't get paid for it. Great quote by Confucius that I like, "Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life." http://bit.ly/Xad7Lx0
-
I agree with that.0
-
She isn't THAT pretty.....And yeah I agree with Flab2fit.....
This!0 -
I hate to be catty but that woman looks MUCH older than 33.... I've been harrassed by older, jealous, overweight females at work so I might sympathize with her there if she weren't so full of herself.0
