    And honestly, do I have the perfect body? No, I do not. I'll always have a bigger back side and bigger thighs. But you know what? I don't want the perfect body. I want the body that is right for me. And this is it. My goal was never to be a 115 lb. super model with my ribs sticking out. Or even to have abs. It's just to be confident.

    I love that you stil indulge every week. I don't believe a truly long term weight loss can occur if you severly restrict calories and never eat anything that's "bad" for you. If I want ice cream I have it, just in moderation or as a treat.

    Confidence is key!
