    It's not easy. Trust me. There are still days when I wake up and dread my workout. But, you know what? Once I'm at the gym, I feel good and I'm glad I kicked myself in the butt to get there.
    Weight loss and being healthy is something I Want and that's Important to me. And so I do what it takes to make it possible. Excuses will only hinder me.

    When I first opened this and saw your first pic, I thought - there is NO WAY that girl weighs 340! I saw your little profile pic and thought 'that must be someone else - an inspiration for her perhaps'.... THEN, I scrolled down to see your 174 pic - HOLY CRAP!!!! GORGEOUS! And I also realized that it is you in the profile pic. How beautiful! I read your responses and saw that you are 5'10" - isn't it a blessing sometimes to be that tall (I am 5'10" also).
