You're no unusual there. If you're vegan or vegetarian it can be very difficult. If you're not then chicken breast, egg whites, and white fish can go a long way. Today, however, I have to supplement myself because I ate none of the above. I don't need to supplement most days though, and I target about 180-200 grams on the 2050 NEAT diet.1 -
I can't even imagine the 180 and over range. I just keep adjusting things here and there according to my preferences (tortilla chips, veggies, yams, beans and salsa... ^ carbs) and my exercise goals.0

I aim to maintain. Do not intend on losing weight or gaining weight. I'm a farmer so I get more than enough physical exercise. Thank you for all your input on this.0
