    Good morning!! :)

@theslightedgeforever, LOVE your calendar with all those fun stickers!! You are rocking this challenge! I'm trying to not be jealous of you. ;) Yay to being able to wear that shirt that's been hanging in your closet. I love shopping in my closet and can't wait for the day when everything in it fits me perfectly. No, I haven't actually been doing my journal. I do read the day and spend a few minutes thinking about it but I'm not filling it out. :/

@trooworld, so sorry you are getting sick. You just got over being sick too! We have so many people at church who are sick and I'm just praying their germs stay away from me! I hope you feel better soon and that sunny California warms up! <3

@cbabie, good job on eating no sugar. Yes, pasta is a carb but it's much better than refined sugary products. Do you eat whole-wheat pasta? That is all I eat and I really think it's better tasting. YES, we will be no sugar partners!! I'm also going to really work on how much artificial sugar I consume in a day. It's wayyyy too much!

As to Intermittent fasting, it does include my sleep time. The most popular is a 16 hour fast and an 8 hour eating window. Yesterday was the first day and I stopped eating after dinner at 5:30 pm and didn't eat again until breakfast at 9:30 am. I might build up to going more than 16 hours but I'm doing this slowly. For instance, you aren't supposed to have anything but black coffee, plain tea, or water to drink. Well, my first cup of coffee I put 1 TBS of heavy cream. I plan to give black coffee a serious effort but also don't want to freak my poor taste buds out! :D There are a ton of YouTube videos on IF and Dr. Jason Fung seems to be the go-to guy. He has a couple of books out that I might look into getting soon too. My plan is to do the 16:8 fast on Mon, Tue, Wed, and Sat. and to eat at my normal times on Thursday and Sundays. We will see!!

Today is the 50-day mark on my 100-day challenge. I actually gained .3 in the last 10 days because on day 49 I had a big loss that then jumped back up. My total loss for the last 50 days is 3.3 lbs. And while that is good it is nowhere near what I want. So that is why I'm giving IF. I plan to do it for the last 50 days of the challenge and just see what happens.

    Good morning everyone

@theslightedgeforever – It is looking like you are on a winner with this 100 day plan and modifying behaviours, I am seeing so many positives from you which makes me believe I can do this as well I loved your NSV if a shirt, I can not image how you felt when you put in on.

@cbabie – Yep processed sugar(lollies etc) has a stronghold when I am stressed to the max. It seems if I start on some processed sugar then the rest of the day is not healthy. I cannot seems to say this is one moment in my day – not all day but I am working on that. We are here to support you in any way we can. It is amazing just how much society has us relying on technology to pay bills. I remember when you got paid in a brown envelope and could pay your account at the office of where the bill came from. I wonder what our grandies will be saying when they get to our age

@trooworld – we also call skimpy underwear thongs as well, I am so glad I put a picture up or I would not know what you would have thought (giggle) I hope the day off allows you fight whatever you are coming down with.

@TeresaW2010 – Great news on the loss. I am not sure I could do thing 8 and 16 thing, If you are in a “funck”, they tell you to change everything up and shock the body , so maybe this will work for you

Its_cleo -Good for you to getting back to it, I think the skill we are all trying to learn is that life happens and you need to enjoy life but you do not have to have everything they are having to enjoy yourself. Go out with your friends, enjoy yourself but the very next meal you get back on track, so well done

I was 12 calories over yesterday but under the day before so overall I believe I am doing well

@trooworld I have found that rice chips satisfy my crunch but I prefer the sweet chili pepper or sour cream. I bought the BBQ flavor and wasted money on the bag. Upside is I save calories cause I don’t eat them. Lol. I cannot have rice crackers though . I can eat the whole package in one day. So those stay at the shelf in the store. Maybe one day I’ll learn portion control over them. Since I’ve done it with others but it’s like kryptonite. Sorry to hear you are getting sick.

@cbabie baby steps Celebrate your victory. You diluted it with well pasta can turn into sweets. What exactly does no sweets mean to you at this point. Write it down. So you’ll know if you are successful or not. Your sister is different because she thinks differently. Our thoughts control our actions. She used to be an all or nothing person too.

@TeresaW1020 I kind of feel bad since you gave me the chart for the 100 day challenge but not bad enough to stop 😬. Ok so start filling out the journal That’s been part of my success. It takes about 5-10 min a day. Plus I’ve been putting into practice the lessons learned. Good luck on your IF Plan. I believe there’s a plan out there for all of us. We just have to find it. Congrats on your 3.3 lbs. That’s heading in the right direction. Even if you continued at this rate you would still be 10+ lbs lighter by the end of the year. I gained 6 pounds last year. That’s what I keep in my head. I was actively trying to lose weight too. Evidently not hard enough. This year I have a maintenance schedule worked out for the 65 days I’m not doing the 100 day challenge. Just realized I need to make me a chart for those days too so I can continue getting my stickers and set up the criteria.

@TrishasTime Yes I can’t wait to fit into the other clothes that are still hanging in my closet waiting for me. Hopefully some won’t go out of style. 😉 I think all bills should be paid online. So much easier. My son used to have to pay his water bill in the office with a check. So many more steps involved. Plus time and money for gas. I’m like can’t they get into the 21st century. Yes on the 12 calories. It is a balancing act and you hope that we’re under more than over most of the time.

I stayed within my food boundaries. Exercised 62 minutes. Water goal met. Journal done. Big sticker day.

I’m struggling with getting in my exercise this week. I’m doing it but you can find me at the end of the day pacing back and forth quickly from one room to another so I get all my burned calories in. I was planning on starting strength training today but didn’t. I’ve told myself just do 10 min. I will conquer this.

    Good morning everyone

Today, I am home. I am pretending what it would be like to be retired (Lol). I have turned off my work phone, my GD has gone to stay with her mother, my retired DH has gone to work with our son e this morning and it is just me and my puppies. I slept in until 7am (bliss), got up put some washing on and having brekkie as I type this before I take puppies out for a walk. I am making a pate today (new receipe) - we are going away on week of March 4th, so I a making it and freezing it in portions. It is definitely not healthy - but as I am putting on a grazing plate, it is just going to be part of it. At this moment, I feel relaxed and stress free.

@trooworld - I do hope you can last through the day, if you do not have much sick leave available. Does your unused sick leave roll over from the previous year?? Mine does - hate to tell you how much I have. Perhaps going to the conference took more out of you then you thought?

@theslightedgeforever - I gave up on the 100 pages, I would find time to do it for a few days and then miss it for a week. I love your stickers - such an achievement.

Hi to @cbabie - how is the sugar going?

Hi to @TeresaW2010 - How is the IF program going? Do you miss not eating after 5.30pm? or did you pick the days that DH is out and about?

    @prisoner2food, @gemwolf110, @its_cleo - hope you are all well

@trooworld so did you make it through a whole day of work? Which kind of sick eater are you? One that doesn’t eat or a comfort eater. Me I’m a comfort eater

@TrishasTime Looks like you had a little slice of heaven with everyone out of the house. Well that would be my heaven. This is about my 3rd time of doing the 100 day journal. I was like you the first two times. Hit and miss. This time is different. I have structure in my routine. Everyday at 6:30 I go sit with my mil for a couple of hours. I sit down and do my assignment first thing. If I happen to be busy during that time then I catch it up the following day. Plus this time I’m actually losing weight consistently. Just finally achieved 5%. I tried two other times to do that too. If first you don’t succeed, try try again.

I stayed within food boundaries. Rest day but I got in 27 min plus my step goal. Water goal met. Journal done. Big sticker day.

@trooworld so sorry you are sick again. Please take care of you, that is more important. Glad the chicken Parmesan was good..

@TrishasTime Someday, I will printed what it is like to be retired...LOL. I am so. Glad you got some ME time..it’s really important for us women.

@theslightedgeforever so glad you have your routine...congrats on the 5%...

@TeresaW1020 I will contemplate the IF..I might can do it...so I will let you know..

    Good morning everyone

@trooworld - How did your day go yesterday? Did you survive the day at work and are you still comfort eating? We get 5 as a minimum sick days per year where I am at - how many do businesses give in US?

@theslightedgeforever - Congratulations on the 5 % Yes it is a slice of heaven for me as well. So.. there is hope for me with the 100 day plan. I have an apple watch and it has circles of achievement. Yesterday I go 3 full circles, which means, I completed 30 min of exercise. I stood for at least a minute as 12 separate times during the day and I exceeded my exercise calorie requirement. I can increase the amount as I go along.

@cbabie - I never really consider you retired, as you are always so busy at the church. To me retirement is NOT having to get up and be on a schedule every single day. Sometimes there are times where you want to say bugger it and just read a good book.

Well I lost this week and that was because I made intentional choices and owned what was not the best choice in the world. I am drinking more water and I left work after 8 hours every single day last week, so there was not excuse for tiredness eating]

Hope you all have a great weekend

    Another day of no sugar!!!!

@TrishasTime yes I am not retired, I couldn’t wrap my head around that when I was let go....so maybe next year. I can draw SS after DEc...LOL. I have a Fitbit, and I am trying to get better at moving when it tells me I have steps to take. Congrats on the loss and being intentional.

    Good morning!

@trooworld, I hope you are starting to feel better and plan to have a relaxing weekend. <3

@TrishasTime, you made me smile reading about your day of "retirement." :) I have never had pate and have always wanted to try it. I have a whole list of foods that I want to try. I think that is a direct result from my Top Chef addiction. I'm now on Season 13. :D

@theslightedgeforever, So are you planning on doing the 100-day challenge thing all year? I'm loving it so much that I know that I will be doing it. For some reason, this focus on 10 days at a time is really helping me want to stay on track more than off the track. :D What is this 65 days maintenance schedule that you spoke of?

@cbabie, Yayyyyy for no sugar!!! That is fantastic! I'm doing good in that department too except for yesterday after I broke the fast I had a couple of cookies before I realized what I was doing. :# Habits are the worst thing to break but I'm working hard at it! I do recommend you read up on IF. It just might be something you like. Here is an article that I read this morning that I really liked...https://betterhumans.coach.me/the-difference-between-fasting-and-caloric-restriction-f93bb44a0534?fbclid=IwAR1mWBRCQCHtpw5tQoGP1xI1KECY0WVK9eYdMO5EriHBLi8-a9eS9349MVI You can also find Dr. Jung on YouTube. :)

Another rainy day here in Gerogia! Seriously over this dreary weather and wanting spring to get here. We do have daffodile blooming and that makes me happy! :)

So, my new eating plan has been interesting. Yesterday, I fasted for 18 hours, which is pretty amazing for me. I made the mistake of eating too much for lunch and felt really bloated for hours afterwards. So, I have to work on that aspect for sure. I have stopped putting Truvia in my coffee and teas, which is HUGE for me and something I was totally fighting until I just stopped doing it. The this morning I actually had a cup of plain black coffee. It was yucky but totally doable. I have read that I can have a tiny bit of cream in my coffee so I might not do the black coffee all the time, but it was worth a try to see if I could even do it. My weight isn't down but I haven't really eaten the best either the last two days so I have to start modifiying that.

Anyways, I really don't want to be one of those people who is up on a soapbox saying this is the greatest thing ever, because I don't know if it is and like theslightedegeforever said, there is a plan that will work for everyone out there. We just have to find ours. :)

@TeresaW1020 sounds like you're doing great! Yeah I think everyone has to find a plan for them that is workable. I don't think I could do IF, but the 100 day challenge sounds cool.

I put cream in my coffee and don't count the calories, but I can drink it black if I have to. I never use sugar. Coffee is just my treat, and at only 2 a day it's not much. You could try 1% milk or skim milk in it, that has less calories than cream. Can't say much for the taste though lol.

@cbabie congrats on no sugar. Sorry to hear you were let go. A friend of mine was let go a year ago and it was hard emotionally for her.

@TrishasTime sounds like you're doing well! I like your standing goal. I need to try to stand and move regularly or it hurts my back, but it's hard to do it. Some days I do really well, other days I'm a couch potato.

@trooworld that sucks, using vacation time to be sick. I would hate that. We get 5 days a year, but as I can work from home I hardly ever use it.

@theslightedgeforever I love your calendar with the stickers! I did buy some stickers but they are tiny. The dollar store actually didn't have many. I don't know where to go to get more, maybe Walmart I guess.

Well- my week was long and difficult bc my boss resigned so everything is up in the air. I don't cope with change very well because of my anxiety so I really struggled emotionally for a couple days. I feel better now, but still worried about what will happen. They just haven't figured out who I should report to yet, and I'm afraid whoever it is will change things. I can work from home now as much as I want, and I enjoy that so I'm afraid of losing it. It is really the only reason I stay with this job.

Anyway, I did stay within my MFP cals for the week, although it was hard so I'm really pleased, but it is getting harder day by day. But I'm just trying to stick with it.

My goal for the week was also to increase exercise intensity and I did that a little bit. On my solo gym day I just redid what I had done with my trainer, so it was a good workout. I also went for a run yesterday- first time since before christmas! I'm not a very good runner- I'm slow and I actually do the run/walk thing, but because I like it I decided a long time ago to just do what I could and enjoy it. If it takes me 45 minutes to run 5k, and I have to walk part of it, who cares?

Today I'm going to check out the park staircase I go to and see if it is clear of snow yet.

    Have a great weekend, all!

@trooworld How are you feeling today? It's good for your body to rest if you can. I like buttered noodles too.

@cbabie Good for you for another no sugar day

@TrishasTime Your circles of achievement sounds like a good way to keep active. I need more activity in my life on the weekends. I'm reading a book for bookclub about a guy who lived in the woods for 27 years away from everyone. True story. That's a bit too much slice of heaven for me. Eventually, I'd have to go knocking on tent and cabin doors and inviting myself over for tea. lol

I'll finish this later. My dd always calls me on Saturday and I need to get my water ready. She hates it when I say, hang on while I get something to drink. lol She says can't you do that before I call? I call the same time every Saturday.

Friday: Stayed within my food boundaries. 67 min of exercise. Water goal met. Journal done. Big sticker day.

    GM everyone

@theslightedgeforever – How do you separate your step goal from your exercise? If you are wearing your fitbit does it not count the steps as well or do you switch it to an activity on the watch? I ask because that is whatI used to do on my fitbit. High five for the big sticker day

@cbabie – Well done on no intentional sugar – baby steps are still going forward 😊. Here in in Aus – To be able to draw SS (pension) you have to have an assets test which exclude your home but take in the contents of your home, any cars, money in bank, superannuation, caravans, bikes etc etc. If all of those are worth more than $500K, then you are out of it. The really push you in superannuation so you can look after yourself and employers are forced to contribute as well. So where I work, I contribute 4% of my salary and my employer the value of contributes 10% into my superannuation

@Teresaw2010 – Yes there is a plan for everyone and you can see we are all trying different things. Remember there is no fail until you give up tyring 😊 By the time I added the ingredients which was butter, chicken livers, bay leaves, parsley, peppercorns, bacon and then port – truly it is cheaper to buy it already one but I wanted to do it. The best thing about it is that you can freeze it on portions 😊

@trooworld – Geez – not much give or take there about leave. In Aus – our basic working conditions have Sick and annual /lsl leave separate. You must get 4 weeks annual leave a year. Long service leave can be available after 7 or 10 years (that is dependant on the employer) Although Max they can drag it out is 10 years. I have a year of sick leave accrued (which if it is not used I lose when I leave the job). I have been in this job for 26 years and rarely take it. Exception is (hospital / surgery) and we do have a generous allocation each year.

@its_cleo – Congrats on the run. I find immediate leadership change unsettling as well. We have recently gone from a guy who is laid back and says hello to everyone each morning when he comes through to what I call a seagull manager. The sit away from you and then come in only to *kitten* on you and fly off again. I am truly struggling with this and it has changed my whole perspective of work. The upside of it is that I no longer work longer hours as I do not believe that it is a give/take (swings and merry go round) work culture anymore. So I really feel for you

    Take care everyone

@gemwolf110 Have you been keeping up with your health habits?

@TrishasTime yes on the Fitbit. Mine either records my exercise automatically after I’ve been doing it for 10 consecutive minutes. If I’m doing a cardio video then I set my Fitbit to workout mode. Or I set it to workout mode when I have a certain number of calories left to meet. I walk around until I hit that magic number. My steps include my exercise but they are a separate goal For me that’s my overall activity (although it doesn’t affect my stickers unless it’s a rest day)

@TeresaW1020 Yes I will repeat the 100 day challenge two more times this year. 365-300=65. So that’s where I came up with the magic number of 65. It’s broken down into 4 time periods. I won’t try to actively lose at this time just try and stay within a range. So I get to experiment with what kind of numbers I need to maintain. You know I love my numbers.

@its_cleo I don’t handle sudden change well either. I need time to process. An office supply store could have some stickers. I once got some there and they were hot pink yellow and lime green circles. The kind you use for garage sales. Oh maybe orange too. I used them like red yellow green. A stoplight. I have to build in baby steps to my goals. If I do a part of my overall goal I want credit. No all or nothing for me because I know then I won’t even try. A bookstore might have some. Oh if you have a hobby lobby store close. Or Amazon. Yaaay on staying in your calories. Take it day by day. One of my bucket list items is finish Couch to 5K plan.

@trooworld I agree on the grocery delivery. That’s one thing I don’t look forward to each week except that I know I will get lots of Fitbit steps in so I make sure I go on my exercise rest day. I don’t want to go without eating for 18 hrs either. You wouldn’t be in awe of me. Lol.

Stayed within food boundaries just barely. I did excellent portion control. Making each bite count of things I wanted. Only did 17 min walk so only a little sticker for me today. 😩. Water goal met. Journal done

@trooworld good luck with your foot, that sucks. I get it sometimes it's very frustrating. I was thinking of buying a slow cooker. Do you think I should get the instant pot instead? I want something I can do a lot with, and something easy lol.

@theslightedgeforever thanks for the sticker ideas. I will go on a hunt when I have time.

I went to the gym yesterday and tried something on a stability fall and fell right on my butt. I thought I would be sore today but it's not too bad- lots of padding I guess!

I'm going today to the gym to do some arm work and run on the treadmill since it's not good enough to go outside.

My weight is currently at its lowest- like it has fluctuated up and down since January, but always when I reach this point it spikes back up, usually because I overindulge. So I've done really well this last week to stay in my calorie limits. My goal is just to stay steady with it now for the next week. One challenging thing is my trainer says I'm not eating enough before my workouts with him. I really try but it's never enough, as my sessions with him are really hard workouts. I noticed I am less hungry if I eat more protein, so I am trying to jack up the protein but it's hard. I'm going to try to find some recipes for protein bars or muffins or something, but I never have the time to make something like that.

A little nervous about the week, bc I should find out what the management situation will be, but I'm sure it will be fine.

@cbabie Another no sugar day. It’s becoming a habit.

@gemwolf110 I’d rather have weird spring than cold winter. Lol. How’s your food?

@trooworld We’re reading The Stranger in the woods. About a guy who lived in the woods in Maine for 27 years. The thought that comes to mind when I think about me not eating 18 hrs is a quote from David Banner (hulk). You wouldn’t like me when Im hangry. 😂 I love chili

@its_cleo That’s great that your weight is at its lowest. Your plan is working. Mine is slowly creeping up for the last three days despite staying in my boundaries. It had better be sodium. But my overall plan is working. Hopefully you’ll know soon about your job.

I stayed within my food boundaries. Exercised 46 min. Water goal met journal done. Big sticker day.

@its_cleo great job on your weight. Protein always makes me eat better and keeps me more full...carbs put me to sleep and make me eat more carbs...lol

    Good morning! :)

@its_cleo, I LOVE my coffee too and can't believe that I have given up putting Truvia in mine and this morning I'm only putting like 1/2 tsp of cream. What I'm learning is how trained my tastebuds have been too sweet things and learning to enjoy flavors like coffee without it being sweet is a new thing for me! Good job on increasing your exercise! I've been working on that too. I would love to try jogging but my knees say no way! Maybe when I lose more weight. 45 minutes to do a 5K is awesome!! As for upping your protein have you tried Quest bars? They are very high in protein and super low in sugar. They are my favorite bar and only 4 to 5 points on WW. Microwaving for about 20 seconds is a game changer for them too! :)

@TrishasTime, Yeah you could buy it but making it from scratch I'm sure taste so much better! That is good that it freezes well. Now you can enjoy when you want to. :)

@theslightedegeforever, Ohhhh I get the 65 days now. I'm telling you that sometimes I'm truly not the brightest bulb in the box. :D:D I really like the idea of using the 65 days for maintenance time. Especially if we do it at the end of the year when all the holidays are here. Wouldn't it be awesome if we could enjoy ourselves and NOT put on weight? Let's do that!! B)

@trooworld, bummer about your plantar fasciitis acting up like that! Foot pain is the worst! Have you gone to an actual foot doctor? Might help if you haven't. Sorry hubby is sick too? How are you both feeling today? I've made chili in my Instant Pot and it always turns out great! :)

@cbabie, Yayyyy for no sugar!! I was sugar-free yesterday and will strive to be so today too. Since I have weigh-in tomorrow I better be good! ;)

The sky is blue and the sun is shining!! Ohhhh happy day!! B) I've got a ton of work to do today with this being the end of the month. Since I'm leaving early on Thursday to go see Gone With The Wind I will miss most of my Thursday. I'm so excited to go see the movie with my <3 . I'm still doing IF and trying not to think about being hungry. I plan to go at least 16 to 18 hours today. Right now I'm on hour 15. :o

@cbabie yaaayyyo another no sugar day.

@TeresaW1020 I looked at the 100 More Days of weight loss book and might just do that one for the next 100. Then I found another book with 100 days I could follow for the 3rd set of hundred days. That way I wouldn’t have to repeat questions for a whole year.

@trooworld So am instapot is just a pressure cooker with an added function of a slow cooker? That ham loaf sounded good.

@TrishasTime I hope you feel better. I had a case of drowsy groggyitis today. I took an extra nap. Just couldn’t hold my eyes open.

I stayed within food boundaries. Exercised 71 minutes. Water goal met. Journal done. Big sticker day.

@trooworld. I already own two crockpots so I was wondering the price difference between an instapot and a pressure cooker. I just don’t know how much I would use one since nothing I cook takes a long time anyway. So get back to your healthy habits. Here’s something for your journal. I don’t have to track my food because......
Then do the same thing for the other habits you mentioned. Add weigh in weekly. As they say, you can’t change what you don’t acknowledge. Oh wait, something I learned in my 100 day journal. Substitute have to for choose to. So it becomes I don’t choose to track my food because......

@cbabie. That’s great that you are keeping yourself accountable.

I stayed within food boundaries. It was a rest day but I got in my steps and 15 min minimum. Actually did more because I sat and binge watched Suits this morning and needed to walk to make up my steps. Water goal met. Journal done. Big sticker day. The scale is not cooperating this week. Or rather I should say my body. The scale only records the data it is fed. I’m still up on my weight. But I will keep fighting the good fight and keep doing what I’ve been doing. Plus my 60 day weigh in falls right after bookclub 😩 I’ll be going out for that meal. But as my daddy would say it is what it is. Should have lost more weight during this last 10 days to counteract any sodium bloat I get. I just hate to show big red numbers on my chart. ☹️

    Morning all,
Well I will say another day with no sugar...I ate some kettles corn rice cakes (mini) after I went to bed...I said ugh that might have broke my streak, but I am not counting that as sugar....not much rest here...DRAMA...does not promote rest..lol

I saw a license plate on the way home yesterday..DRAMAL1. I was like what? No thanks

@theslightedgeforever you are doing great...ignore the scale....keep your motivation going..

@trooworld good job tracking...I still am not tracking....🤣

@gemwolf110 we are always going to be tweaking I think..

    Good morning!

@theslightedgeforever, thanks for the book links. I will check them out.

@TrishasTime, I hope you are feeling better today! <3

@Trooworld, owning what you have and haven't been doing is key. You know what to do and you just have to purpose in your heart to do what is best for you! Yesterday, I read this little quote and added it to my collection. It says...Consistency + Results = Motivation. So, simple but so full of truth, huh?

@cbabie, So sorry for the drama going on in your house but yayyy for sticking to your no sugar goals. I'm working on mine too. I've never done something for Lent and I'm thinking about a cold turkey no sugar at all fast. Scary!! :#

Well, I'm on day 8 of IF and so far so good! I lost 1.4 lbs yesterday and ya'll know that is huge for me! My longest fast was 18 hrs. and 26 minutes. The hunger comes and goes but it's really very manageable. It's kind of fun and empowering (stealing your word trooworld!) to not give into the hunger and wait for it to pass. I'm sitting here drinking a cup of black coffee with a little salt and cinnamon. Not too bad! ;) The funniest thing was yesterday at my meeting because the topic was on the importance of eating three meals a day with 2 snacks. My leader kept talking about how we can't let ourselves get hungry because we will have brain fog and low energy. I was sitting there in my 15th hour of fasting and felt great and full of energy. NOT ever being hungry is what made me fat to begin with. :p

Tomorrow, I go see Gone With The Wind!! I'm super excited, except my hubby isn't feeling well today. I'm praying that whatever is going on will leave so we can enjoy the movie. :)

@gemwolf110 There will always be some tweaking to be done. Otherwise we would perfect which we’re not. Only God is. You’ll figure this out. Didn’t I see something that you lost weight. Congrats. Hiking is fun. I just need to be in better shape.

@trooworld The fact that you started tracking is promising. You’re turning the ship around.

@cbabie You could have done a lot worse than mini rice cakes. So now your turn for your journal. I choose not to track because.......

@TeresaW1020 Good for you for losing. This plan is working for you.
Soon you’ll be enjoying GWTW. Hopefully your DH will get better in time. Good idea on motivation.

I stayed within my food boundaries Did 58 min of exercise. Water goal met. Big sticker day.

@gemwolf110 You did exceptionally well this week. Another good habit to learn is be easy on yourself and realize you’re just a student. Student of healthy habits for your body. A student learns best if she is not being shamed or criticized. Learns best with practice practice practice. You got this! Funny thing tonight at bookclub. I was telling the ladies I always wanted to be Catholic.

@trooworld Exactly how I see myself. Cruise ship. Lots of fun activities on board. Stay in my lane. Lol. Should have told myself this. All the women but one in my bookclub group who were there is doing keto. It was a Lebanese restaurant and I have 60 day weigh in tomorrow so I ordered hummus, pita bread and grape leaves (dolmas). They also served an eggplant dip plus a beetroot dip with pita bread that I didn’t want so I offered it to them. They were all we don’t eat bread. I just laughed and said that’s why I like my eating plan. Eat what I want and still lose weight. Stay in my lane. I say keep having your food delivered. If that gives you extra time and energy to have all your food ready.

Stayed within food boundaries. Rest day for exercise but got in my minimum 15 min walk and my steps. Did not get my water in so only a little sticker for me. 👎🏻 Didn’t journal either so I will catch that up tomorrow. Fingers crossed for 60 day weigh in. At this point I’m hoping for a maintain. But the fact that I’ve stuck this out two months is amazing and impressive. Probably a record too. Oh no wait. I want to change my statement. I didn’t stick this out. That sounds negative. The fact that I’ve chosen to work my plan consistently for two months is amazing and impressive. 💪🏻

    Hey all

I've been knocked out by a cold. Unfortunately for me when I get sick I still somehow have a roaring appetite. But it's like being hungry while also being slightly nauseated by everything lol. I'm a crazy person.

Anyway still tracking but not worrying too much about calories. Just trying to feed the beast with healthy food.

Unfortunately hard to get much rest due to work. Hopefully tomorrow.

Will check in when I'm back on track!
