    Successes/struggles: well happy with weight loss. Had my MRI yesterday and ACL. MCL, PCL all good but i did tear my meniscus and the tear folded under itself so i have to have surgery next Friday. So my labor day weekend is shoted. I really miss the gym. So heres another week of eating healthy

    Successes/struggles: I'm going to have to work really hard this week to meet my goal for this challenge. 2 lbs left!! All my size 2's are fitting easily at this point, and I tried on a pair of hand me down size 0 jeans that my sister gave me forever ago and they fit but were a little snug. I don't think I've ever fit into them so it was exciting.

    Struggles/successes: I've been eating more protein this week, in the form of eggs, yoghurt, fish and tofu, and I'm not near as hungry as I usually am. My weight has essentially been the same for 4 weeks. I hope I can get a little off by next week.

    Success/struggles:
    Did really well on not eating after dinner and I have been sleeping like a champ too. Coincidence? But I did kinda have an unstructured weekend to semi washout the results I was feeling going into it on Friday morning. I will be well short of my goal next week but this six weeks has put me on a much better path/routine with my diet. Thank everyone in the "six week challenge" for kick starting what I think is a good streak of dropping some weight.

    Thank you! I just keep moving, try to make healthy food choices, weigh my food, and log everything! I am so focused and determined and I'm never looking back. I also reward myself for mini goals

    Successes/struggles: I wasn't able to weigh this morning since we were on a little trip and I always weigh more in the evening since I've eaten and I drink a ton throughout the day. However, the last two days I weighed 122.8 and 123.2 when I woke up in the morning, so I'm counting that I've reached my goal of 123.0 since they average out to 123.0 :). I did a lot to reach my goal. I've been eating about 1200 calories a day, making sure to burn at least 500 'move' calories every day, and a lot of exercising (both weights and cardio). My ultimate goal is 115 and I am thinking about upping my calories and losing at a slower rate to get to that. I feel a little more irritable at 1200 calories, but if I can keep up with the same amount of weight loss I will get to it in 4 weeks so it is hard to give that up. I gain most of my extra weight in my butt and thighs and they are going to be the biggest target of the next few weeks. My top half looks the best it ever has since having kids, but my bottom half still has some serious work that needs to be done. I'm focusing on making it as toned as possible while losing the last few pounds. Thanks for this challenge. I would not have been as motivated without it! Great job to all of you. I read through all the results and was really impressed.
