What are your favorite fat loss sayings?

Just thought this might be fun. Here are three of mine.

1. Calories don't make people fat, people make themselves fat.

2. Nothing tastes as good as fit feels.

3. (This could apply to anything you want to achieve.) Learn...apply...WIN!!!

    This was on the wall of my gym this week and suits me well,

    "Don't give up what you want the most, for what you want right now"

    Applies to everything, from eating junk to sleeping instead of working out!

    Just put the shoes on.
    (meaning: just put your exercise clothes on.)


    Once I'm dressed for exercise I might as well do it, after all I'm dressed for it anyway. Oh the head games we play!

    It's arguably a bit of an oversimplification, but so many people over-complicate diet to a HUGE degree and make things hard for themselves. I think it's a good rule of thumb.

    IIFYM eat it.
