Just thought this might be fun. Here are three of mine.
1. Calories don't make people fat, people make themselves fat.
2. Nothing tastes as good as fit feels.
3. (This could apply to anything you want to achieve.) Learn...apply...WIN!!!

If It Fits Your Macros
It's arguably a bit of an oversimplification, but so many people over-complicate diet to a HUGE degree and make things hard for themselves. I think it's a good rule of thumb.
