(meaning: just put your exercise clothes on.)

If It Fits Your Macros
It's arguably a bit of an oversimplification, but so many people over-complicate diet to a HUGE degree and make things hard for themselves. I think it's a good rule of thumb.

At my gym there is one that says "Give yourself a pat on the back, those 5 pound weights didnt lift themselves!"
It made me laugh when I read it, but also made me feel great about my work out0 -
