I am 53, struggled with my weight for ever. Had to take the plunge and join a slimming club. Lost 11.5lb in 6 weeks. 1 stone to go. It can be done.0

Getting divorced and turning 31 soon. I could use some positive people and motivation in life. Unfortanetly I'm that person who eats their misery away. But I don't want to be like this anymore. Started signed up for 5ks this week. Positive people and support would be awesome.1

34. Turning 35 in October. Was overweight until my mid 20s and then went the opposite way for the next 5 years in being underweight. Thankfully since I started my 30s I'm normal weight. Run once a week. Workout 4 times a week. Eat like a trouper.0
