I'm 36. I run (and walk) a lot, so the fitness part is definitely easier for me to stick to than the eating part. Need to pass a fit test this year so trying to get back in rockstar shape!0

46 years old here. I definitely need motivation and support and giving it is just as important. Midlife, single, shiftworker, trying to eat more plants, attempting to like exercise again. I have been the Queen of Excuses the last 6 years, which needs to be changed.0

everyone. I'm back. Former 1000 day streak and member of the 100 pound club. I struggle with motivation and sticking to diets. So hoping being back will help.
The reason why I want to lose weight is not only for the health benefits and to help my liver condition, but because I've signed up to my first ever half marathon, feel free to add me on here any help and support is much appreciated

Will be 35 in July... 7 years ago I went from 287 to 197 and kept it off for 5...ate my way back to 246 and working my way back to 210. Currently at 230+- , would be great to have friends to help and get support from0
