    August Goals Still keeping track.
    I'm making my cut offs 30 minutes earlier for the rest of August.
    Then in September I will do the same.
    • Finish eating at 8.30 pm 25/31 nights. 13/25
    • Finish eating at 9.30 pm 6/31 nights of my choice. 3/6

    @CarrieA180 It's so funny when I get on here in the morning. You appear to be right there when I go to post my stuff and since we are 'even' on our days and streaks, it makes it very easy to stay caught up on my streak without having to go back and look every morning! Thanks for posting every day and making my life just a touch easier. ;)

    I find drinking green tea an then chewing gum after dinner helps me. 7pm is my cut off time to have any meals then just just boiled hot water throughout the night.
    Being an ex smoker chewing gum also helps relieve any tension ☺
