August Goals Still keeping track.
I'm making my cut offs 30 minutes earlier for the rest of August.
Then in September I will do the same.- Finish eating at 8.30 pm 25/31 nights. 13/25
- Finish eating at 9.30 pm 6/31 nights of my choice. 2/6

Help please! I am struggling with LNS
I tried to set a goal but can't do it. So I am embarrassed to post my failures as I see so many successes! I am envious of you guys who have conquered this!
How do you guys NOT snack? What do you do? Need some pointers please
The above are all great suggestions!
I've been attempting late night snacking for a long time. It wasn't until the last year when I buckled down and was able to control it. It took a yearly physical exam to get motivated. It is an ongoing struggle, and I was close to 1 year LNS-free but caved in last month. It's an ongoing struggle and work in progress. Don't get discouraged. Set mini goals and take baby steps...you'll get there.5 -

I just started this last night! I rotate shifts between 6-2 and 2-10pm. I always seem to have to have a snack once I get home after the 2-10 shift. Time for a change!

@CarrieA180 It's so funny when I get on here in the morning. You appear to be right there when I go to post my stuff and since we are 'even' on our days and streaks, it makes it very easy to stay caught up on my streak without having to go back and look every morning! Thanks for posting every day and making my life just a touch easier.

I find drinking green tea an then chewing gum after dinner helps me. 7pm is my cut off time to have any meals then just just boiled hot water throughout the night.
Being an ex smoker chewing gum also helps relieve any tension ☺4 -
