    Day 29: Rest.... I wish. Massaging for five hours is a crazy workout, this I will have to insert another rest day tommorrow

    Wow, sorry, I really dropped the ball on the last week of my own challenge. No excuses, but life happens. I am ashamed. Now, I'm ready to give it another go for September. Starting September 1st, same challenge. I am going to add weight to my squats and work a little harder on my form for both the squats and the crunches. I also plan to add something for my arms. Don't want to get a great booty and rockin' abs and still have bye-bye arms.

    Yaaaaasss, DAY 30 COMPLETE! This was my first of these types of monthly challenges and I'm so proud of myself. I kicked August's *kitten*!

    Ok I was very busy but I fished dy 6,7 and today day 8. I included into my workout of 45 minitus and I did a 70 sec plank. That was really hard!

    I'm behind a day so I didn't take a rest day today, so day 15 & 16 ✔️ crunches 125, squats 80

    Day 17✔️ I tried that sworkit app and got lost in my counts I know I'm over on both crunches and squats! Had a good cardio today but found that I couldn't do chase the rabbit, it hurt my knee.
