I was kindly persuaded to go before of going to bed. I have been driving all day or most, and the mega fat and tired feeling at the end of the day was grose. So I am super glad.
The only bummer is my watch is low charge again.

I swear in my moments where I don't want to be on this earth, something takes hold of me in interviews about roles Im really passionate about and I just show up well. Now to talk myself into working out this hasn't been a great mental health week and no support means the not well has to take care of the not well.4

I think you can apply the same power to your workout discipline. Put on your professional workout clothes and be the kind of person who gets it done.2 -
