    I swear in my moments where I don't want to be on this earth, something takes hold of me in interviews about roles Im really passionate about and I just show up well. Now to talk myself into working out this hasn't been a great mental health week and no support means the not well has to take care of the not well.

    I think you can apply the same power to your workout discipline. Put on your professional workout clothes and be the kind of person who gets it done.
