    Poolside watching my youngest two boys and their cousins swim and apparently functioning as a non-paid lifeguard. There’s a grandma here with six grandchildren - twins she said are not quite 2, a 3 year old, and 3 school age kids. She keeps getting distracted focusing on talking to one kid at a time and turning completely away from the little ones. In the last 15-20 minutes, I’ve already grabbed the 3 year old as she tried to take a flying leap into the diving pool and another mom and I have each now twice plucked up one of the twins from under the water. The teenage lifeguards seem as oblivious as grandma is.
