    I guess I need to hit the gym for a little bit

    I've been telling myself that for over 3 months.

    I had been too but I sucked it up and went Saturday then Sunday. I'm actually looking forward to going tonight.

    Just do it! There are a lot of times where I just forced myself to come. I'm here now waiting for this caffeine to kick in 😂

    I'd love to... my health and energy level hasn't been the best but I'm slowly getting there. I'll be back at it soon. Hopefully

    1.22am Making cuppa tea and heating a wheat bag to settle my guts after eating wrong food..

    Then I can hopfully go to sleep for the night of what's left of it
