I've actually tried one of those "Amazon bidet" things. The thing was set to female, but when I turned it on the stream shot straight ahead and soaked the shower door. 😑1 -

I think the ones that look like a toilet and you just sit on them facing the faucet and they have hot and cold running water and you can just wash yourself in them… Those are the way to go
