Thanks for your help, I guess I just need to stay off this forum. Btw do you guys hit macros or calories? I find I go over my calories by about 150g but underhit my macros by quite a bit

I come as close as possible without stressing over it. Put it like this- try to get close but keep in mind that all of these things are really just estimates anyway so there's no point in stressing over something that isn't an exact science anyway.
Like I said, there's professional bodybuilders that don't use food scales and don't track macros. They just do their best to give their bodies what they need. So you can absolutely accomplish your goal without weighing all your foods and tracking macros.
Also, it's not that people don't want you here. It's that people want to see you get well. Your threads make us worry because it's clear your over thinking this and have other issues going on. So it's not that you aren't welcome here. It's just people want you to get healthy.

There is NO way you under hit NEEDED MACRO's for survival or Body building at your current weight_ GUARANTEED. Your issue is you have created a Number that means NOTHING to anyone but yourself and strive to hit it unrealistically.

Time it takes TIME to build muscle 10 lbs a year is GREAT!!

There is no Maximum MACRO only a Minimum Macro There is a Maximum and a minimum Caloric intake for gaining and losing weight.

True OCD people call it CDO (alphabetic order)
