Tinder date gone wrong! Girl managed to break my left wrist after strapping me to a chair and dancing on my lap; the chair simply couldn't hold our weight and we both landed on my left arm.

Newly seperated and you guys are all scaring me. lol

There are good dudes out there. I think. Maybe. I don't know. :p.

Honestly, some time away from dating will probably be a good thing. After my divorce, I spent a lot of time seeing what I did wrong and working hard on changing for the better. I'm certainly not there yet, but dating is much better knowing I feel like I can bring something useful into the relationship without dragging past issues or bitterness with me.

I'm already motivating myself with that same mentality. I need to better myself as a person, because I'm awesome, but i want the next woman in my life think that she is as lucky to have me, as I'm thinking how lucky I am to be with her.

Keep it up. Even if you don't find someone, you'll be that much better as a person. A willingness to examine yourself for faults already shows you to be a decent person, I think.

Seriously, you never get to be popular for doing something awesome. It's why I stay away from recording devices. :)

But my question is did she finish the lap dance?

No but it did make up for an awkward drive to the ER

@Furious_Kiwi if your first Tinder date involved a lap dance...well a trip to the ER is just a small price to pay!

I hope your left hand wasn't your dominant one.

    Speaking from experience?

Thankfully not. A lady keeps her eyes shut...

    So, question to the women:
You see a poorly spelled profile. What's your reaction to the bad grammar?

When someone says your sexy.... What bothers you more, is it the grammar or the lack of substance/creativity??
Same with the their versus there.

    Gets popcorn.

It happens so much, I've learned to overlook most of it. Compared to someone messaging me from jail, and his profile pics legitimately taken from his cell.....grammar issues are the least thing to be concerned about.
You're kidding right or have you actually come across these profiles?! :|

I took screen shots. Maybe I'll block out his face and post them.....

Wow. Well... No I actually trust you. I just can't fathom they think that kind of profile picture is okay for dating primetime when you put yourself out there.

There're many desperate women, why do you think they let Richard Ramirez, The Night Stalker die naturally; instead of executing him? Because his wife (which she only knew of his existence because of his crimes) vowed to commit suicide, when he was executed.

Well he's got a little more than a year left to go, so we have plenty of time to plan out our dream date!

Sooooooo I'm going through a divorce. I tried dating ONCE - it wont happen till I loose 100 pounds and am fully divorced. So I posted a profile on a dating website(s) ALL of which said "I AM GOING THROUGH A DIVORCE" or "SEPARATED"

We meet up for that first date, 30 minutes into to it, it was going very well!

She then asked "So when did you get divorced, why did you get divorced?"

I say "Ummm, it's not finalized yet"

    She says "WTF, you lied!"

I say "Did you read my profile?"

She said "Nope, I just liked your profile picture"

She walked out and left me paying for dinner...........

He showed up wearing a Dolphins jersey. All downhill from there....plus he left his trash on the seat after the movies. I hate that.

If I wore a Patriots Jersey - would that have been better?

At this point simply talking dirty to me would be more than enough, on the phone or texting.
