What do you eat for a breakfast?

Options
Hi. My second week is nearly over and I wonder what do you eat for breakfast? I usually have scrambled eggs or omelette, natural cottage cheese with veggies or porridge. I'm getting slightly bored with my breakfasts and hope for some great ideas from you. x

Chocolate mini wheats are yummy. I make a lot of smoothies also with fresh fruit.

I have a high protein, high fiber, low sugar protein bar followed by a serving of nuts and a fruit a few hours later.

Oats a thousand different ways. To me oats are like ice cream. I make:
1 cup fat free fair life milk
    1/2 cup organic quick oats
    1/2 banana
    4 strawberries sliced
    1/2 Tbs. Chia seeds
    1 Tbs sliced almonds
    1/2 Tbs shredded dried coconut

    Recipe 2
Same amount oats and milk but I add:
    1 Tbs cacao powder
    1 Tbs. Peanut butter
    1/2 Tbs chia seeds
    1/2 oz. English walnuts
    1/2 Tbs dried cranberries.
    Those are my favorite.

This morning I had oatmeal with an egg mixed in and topped with nut and seed mix (sunflower seeds, cranberries, mixed nuts, and pumpkin seeds) and fresh blueberries. Was pretty yum.

Am I safe to assume these are overnight oatmeal and if so how long do they last? can you make a few ahead of time?

    Thanks for the recipes!!

5 blanched almonds, a cup of tea and multi-grain bread. If that doesn't fill me up, I eat a fruit or a small bowl of yogurt.

Typically a big high-protein chia seed "pudding" with a piece of fruit:
260-270g cottage cheese or roughly 280g Greek yogurt
    17g peanut butter
    6-7g PB2
    10g chia seeds
Whatever the weight of my apple/peach is.

Depending on the portions, it tends to be around 450-490 calories with about 40-45g of protein, 14-16g of fat, and 30-38g net carbs (I subtract the 10g of fiber).

Mostly yogurt, fruit, and cheese if I eat anything at all, but I tend to splurge on the weekends with large omelettes, pancakes, bacon, and/or homemade waffles.

Overnight oats will last two or three days, they are amazing, and what I used to eat for breakfast. Still make them for the kidlet.

Normally two hard boiled eggs. Once I run out of eggs I eat protein bars until I make more eggs.

Home made oat flour, flaxseed and honey muffin. Banana. This morning accompanied by a small serving of fruit smoothie. And coffee - indispensable!

This afternoon, I refreshed my smoothie mix with bananas going a little too ripe, and some strawberries which were beginning to feel neglected, and will have a small serving of it tomorrow morning.

I normally have a huge breakfast: one or two eggs with toast and tomato, sometimes avocado, a coffee with whole milk and sugar, and if I'm still hungry a Greek yogurt or some almonds. I didn't have time to make that this morning though so I went with my backup breakfast Kashi Go Lean and skim milk (and coffee as above). I ended up making the egg as a snack though!
