    It sounds silly but large packets of anything! Once the packet is open it's fair game and I can/will/have eat(en) the lot. I've switched to buying multi packs or portioning out my bulk buys now just to eliminate the danger!!

    I never had 1 particular thing, I just ate too much of many things. Once I got that under control then the weight started to come off. What also helped me was including exercise weekly (about 3-5 times a week).

    I don't have a single "fatmaker". I stopped eating as much as I want/to satisfaction.

    This was me as well. No single food item. I just overate everything and gained weight.
    When I wanted to lose, I just ate less of everything.

    I haven't cut anything out, I just make sure it fits in my calories.

    However, I used to drink more soda before, now I just drink more diet soda and have a full sugar soda every once in a while.
