Kinda depends on the number of squats, but I may join in. My left knee won't allow even body weight squats some days. Not that I wouldn't benefit from them.Congrats on going over!

Congrats @DebbieNeedham1 ! I'm not sure I'll be able to join your challenge (I'm really not good with scheduled challenges), but if it is okay, I'll be sure to link to it when I do the 60 Min - Oct thread.
I'm finally done with this one also. Will open the Oct thread tomorrow and hopefully will get in 4-5 more minutes of planks tomorrow.

Thanks for the challenge, it pushed me to be better, and it's exactly what I needed. I may join October's as well. I'm also not sure about the scheduled challenge, but joined it. I may drop out if it is too disruptive to my existing workout schedule. For instance, doing X minutes or X reps of a specific exercise per month is much easier done than a specific number or minutes on specific days. I do a 5k every morning first thing, then I go into a cross training workout so the planks fit in my cross training workout, but I also do a crap ton of elevated pushups and inverted rows (I do it for cardio and conditioning) during that session. So adding regular push ups may be too much. I might be able to do them at night once my arms and chest are rested, so I am going to try it. Can't hurt and the planks can be translated to both challenges.
