Eat like I do during the week....on the weekends. I kill it during the week because there is structure (get up, workout, work, home, chill, sleep, repeat). On the weekends, there is no structure or schedule. I also tend to feel like the weekends are for cheating but I would probably have lost another 15-20 pounds if I had my crap together on the weekends.1

If I just did cardio (a little bit) more, I would be closer to killing my goal
If I just drank water more, I would be closer to killing my goal
If I just went hard every damn lift, I would be closer to killing my goal
As of recently, I've been sticking to all of these (with the exception of cardio because I'm tired AF after 60-minute lift sessions) but only because I made that promise to myself in my mind. I want the results come cutting time and I want to make this bulk worth it.
There are days (like yesterday) when I'm trying to go hard, and I just can't. What is usually four sets is cut to three. What is usually 200 lbs. is limited to 180 lbs. I can't get all my circuits in. But I try. I make every minute count at the gym, and that's all we can ask. Don't focus too much on the negatives, focus on how far you've come. Little by little make changes and you will reap the benefits!0 -
