Today is May 1st.
I'm not very good at math, but the last time I checked, May was the 5th month of the year.
Since there's only 12 months in the year....

Holy crap, this is weird.
There's a Devils Postpile in Washington, too, and it's also columnar basalt, and surrounded by pondo pines.
I didn't even realize there was one in CA.
