I'm usually made to sit at a makeshift folding card table with the kids.

It's like that Mark Twain quote, heaven for the weather, hell for the company.

its always more fun at the kids table.

    Absolutely.

Manners there are a suggestion rather than a requirement.

And we eat the whipped cream straight from the can with our heads tilted back.

We do that with the whip cream at the adult table too.

I'm guessing "let him deal with it" isn't an option.

I want him as far away from that room as possible. I haven't even gone down to look at it yet.

You gotta post a photo of the floor.

I'm guessing that it looks like it has a bad case of poison oak.

    Somebody please shoot me....to74uvub5lqk.jpg

@jvcjim if you notice on the bottom left of the pic there is a dark corner. That is the hearth to a very old and very faulty fireplace. I'm thinking of lighting it and letting that wing of the house go up in flames. We are insured out the *kitten*. New dining room AND destroy the original slave quarters under that wing. That part of the house scares the crap out of me anyway. Two birds. One stone.

Don't set it on fire that lets the ghosts out to terrorize the rest of us!

First round of voting finished in the local hiking calendar contest. Did not place in any month.

That sucks. On the other hand you own your work and can make your calendar, which will probably outsell theirs.

I have two external hard drives with all my photos on them. Haven't used either in a couple months. I just found one of them! It's bothering me that the other one hasn't turned up yet, but this one has most of what I need to make a calendar...

    Nope. It's not just you

It's good to know , I'm feeling guilty tho ,cause I'm in relationship and I would be jealous if my other half got crush on someone else,I know it's sounds really weird

Same here. I believe crushes are normal.

My most recent crush was on a maintenance guy,he was not my type at all, but every time I was passing through he made me smile for no reason, sounds so pathetic
