Also, most early cultures BC thru current AD had a fitness focus and looked holistically at health. I think as we have come to more modern time there is a tendency not to look so much at interdependence in system and to medicate narrow pathways. The issue becomes where one med helps it hurts in other areas, which is then medicate to bring it into 'spec'. And then another med...and another. Until you have built better living through pharmaceuticals. Which ignores body energies, emotional and mental health, etc...0 -
