@lucyleigh4 what would you say got you down to the weight you are? Congrats on maintaining. That's motivation for me lol.
Probably the overall mindset change of the foods I eat. Staying away from eating so much processed food. Still love my chocolate chip cookies and milk though. Lol. That and running. I weight a couple pounds less than I did in high school. That was um. A few years ago. (More like 23 years ago). Good luck!!
