    alright so heres the scoop on me : im a short 5'4 weighing in at an unfortunate 217 :( i would like to lose around say 60-70 lbs ugg that is alot , anyhoooo ive always found " messages back and forth " etc very motivating ..so if anyone is in a similar boat ..please add me
