This challenge is yours to decide. This is just the place you check into daily to talk about your successes and struggles and get encouragement from the ppl who love you! My November challenge for me is to stick to my macro goals and gym goals with only 2 cheat days at Thanksgiving. This will be a huge challenge as I usually cheat like a corner warmer every Saturday and Sunday ha!! So for me, 1370 calories 31 carbs; 109 protein; 86 fat
Weights 4 times a week and cardio/hit 4 times a week. Let's do this!!

Okay, so mine is going to be to get at least 5hrs of sleep every day (not counting today), working graveyard this month so this is the most difficult weakness I can tackle.
Aaannnnd to not have any pumpkin pie until Thanksgiving and only on those 2 days... OMG what have I done!!! Lol.
Does this count, can I play?
Another drop dead gorgeous photo btw

I am in for sticking to calories and macros and being consistent with training 3-4 times a week. Need to cut out junk food too.1

I need to do this challenge! I've been mooching from the "it's for the trick or treaters," bowl all week! And I've been staying up late snacking with friends the past 2-3 weeks
My workouts have been spot on, I just need to reign in the nutrition!
My goal is 1,530cal. With 50%carbs 30%protien 20%fat. Weights 4days, HIIT 3days. I'm 5'7" and am more focused on a recomp then any sort of weight loss.3 -

My calorie goal is not to go over 1400 with no cheat days as well! I'd love some accountability friends. I'm trying to make peace with my current weight/after baby weight since I know staying at this size is good for my health but it's hard. Sometimes I get discouraged and eat too much and then starve myself for days. Having friends with similar calorie goals, even if the motivation for those goals is different, would be nice.1

Okay so I already failed lol, no pumpkin pie but only 4hrs of sleep... Lol. But..... This is for Nov right, haha.
For macros I shoot for 50% carbs, 20% fats, 30% protein, and I'm pretty spot on every day, but mostly eat the same things1 -
Hello, all! I'm in! I'm doing NOvember (= no alcohol, no sugar, no bread and no junk not covered in that!). I have been stalled in my weight loss for a few months and need to be a bit drastic...)2

I am not sure I can reach my macros but my goal is to do my best each day (mostly limiting carbs), do all of my workouts (stronglifts 5x5 and cardio (mostly turbo fire but I switch it up sometimes) and most challenging of all avoid the stress snacking and kid induced glass (or two) of wine on the weekend. AND to stay within my calories and log ALL my stuff...even the involuntarily donuts.
Wow great goals, that kid inducing weekend glass of wine would be impossible for me, you have my admiration if you pull it off, in fact you have it for trying0 -
I would like to join. My main goal is to follow a gluten and dairy free diet. I did this a few years back for medical purposes but fell off the wagon. I did really like it once I became more familiar with what I could eat. The weight seemed to naturally come off but I have put it back on. I would like to lose 13 pounds.
