    Hello!!!

    Hope its not too late to join, I keep joining challenges and end up not finishing the first week, so that's my goal for this month and also next month, but one step at a time. i am doing the whole30 & 30 day shred challenges, started on the first and unfortunately it also time for pms hunger and cravings for me and i carved yesterday and had a mini chocolate slab, Thankfully the cravings are gone...So here is to finishing both challenges and no more cheating! (not counting calories for this challenge)

    On to day 3! I've been feeling really good about this challenge. Today is rest day for working out. My 4th 12hr shift this week but then I'm off tomorrow! Have a great day 3 in NOvember!

    Day 2 - bit over yesterday while on all day trip, and didn't get exercise in, but otherwise on plan.

    My last two days have been good. Ran and did weights yesterday and ran again today. Hit all of my macros and didn't eat any Halloween candy!! Yesterday I even had a piece in my hand and walked halfway to my desk before turning around and putting it back in the bowl!!
  • A good day. Walked to and from work, then did a bit of an arm and ab workout tonight. Meal plan was ok. Probably ate just a bit too much at supper, but no junk. Day 3 down.

    Back again! Managing the no alcohol or bread, have cracked and had a few things with sugar in them today. Still, my weight is the lowest it's been this year, so I'm pretty happy!

    Day 3: yesterday was good! Under calorie goal (did have some fun size chocolates-darn Halloween!) Got out for 5k walk again so all good o:)
  • Day 4 and Friday night. Almost forgot to post. Not bad of a day. Walked to work, walked the dogs tonight, and meal plan was ok but I did have 2 Halloween gum that were loaded with sugar while I was at work. Still feeling motivated!

    So only 4 days in and I had takeaways today. Just had a really down and out day, and lost the drive. But it's kicked back in tonight and I will be back on track tomorrow.

    Okay with the no alcohol, but ran out of other food and had bread... Still under calory goal, and I've planned next week's food!

    So day 5! It's the weekend! Hold strong!! Thinking of starting an egg fast tomorrow...so tired of this Halloween vans in my house too!

    Forgot to post - Days 3 & 4 were good except a drink one day which I did log and had room for. Weekends are always tough for me- trying to get a head start and do some cooking for the week which is helping.

    I am in as well. I actually started a challenge on Halloween. So for me it's day 6. Since it's Saturday I just had dairy which I normally don't eat. I had 1cup whole plain Greek yogurt with a tbsp honey and 1 cup strawberries.... sooo delicious!!! Trying to stay strong tomorrow too.
  • Ok day. Had a long hike with my husband & walked dogs. Had a bit too much for a snack tonight.
  • I forgot to post yesterday and that was one of my goals! Maybe I didn't pits because I really blew it last night. Had a piece of dessert after supper, and later some Halloween chocolate bars. Not
    Good. Today is a new day.

    I've been staying on track. The end of this week will be rough though because I'm traveling. I'm gonna try my hardest to eat healthy and get some workouts in.
  • I had a rough couple days as we had company. I'm hoping to get back to feeling motivated as I was last week. I never give up, but feeling tired of always starting over.
