    I feel like I'll have to work up to it- I need to develop an extensive nap training plan though- you can't just go head first into a nap burpee- it's a sure fire way to *kitten* your CNS up and possibly trash your spine. I'm just saying. Gotta prepare quite a bit if you want to be taken seriously.

    eta I will take you serious when you get up from the nap into burpee position and do a standup.. This done repeated over 12 months should get you in shape to do a full one.

    I once napped on a cushion with a button on it. It took at least 6 hours for the button imprint on my cheek to fade. The shame...

    But not at the same time- I don't want to hurt myself without a qualified napping trainer to help me.

    Stop trying to gymtimmidate me into doing something beyond my means.

    Well I did give you 12 months.. geez.. fintess goals are seriously lacking, but who the heck am I? I can only do 1.

    i'll start training immediately after December- you know you can't do anything till January 1st anyway.

    There won't be room at the gym to do your training after January 1st.

    I'm sure there's a home training program I can work on at home.

    well. I'll start the day after- because- you know why not the day after.

    I'm sure you could just do the training before you get out of bed in the morning, it would make the nap part easier for a beginner.

    @JoRocka I agree with this, you don't want to try too much too soon. It would be horrible to suffer a nap induced injury.
    I once poked myself in the eye while I was napping.

    I once napped on a cushion with a button on it. It took at least 6 hours for the button imprint on my cheek to fade. The shame...
