More than half way through the month; I have met my goal every day. It is a modest one of walking at least twice a day for 15 minutes each time. Have also added in some trips up and down the stairs. Been sore only twice ( rainy days, as I recall).4

I just found this so start tomorrow posting I've been walking but avg of only 5000 goal is 10000. Where I go to see my doctor they've open a walking trail so will start tomorrow and on bad days they told me to just come and walk the halls. So good to found this challenge this is what I needed to get motivated.4
