    As long as your calories intake is lower or meets your daily calories needs, you can snack whenever, even 5 minutes previous bedtime

    I completely understand what you're saying BUT we're on here because we want support to reduce our calorie intake. We are only at the beginning of our journey to a healthier lifestyle.
