    The weather is supposed to be great this week and I have Thursday and Friday off from work so I'm hoping to get in a long bike ride sometime over my 4 day weekend :)

    gentlygently......Walking Miles are with a pedometer outside. I have worn it a few times in the house but feels like I'm cheating (at least for ME) so I prefer NOT too wear it inside UNLESS I'm walking in a shopping mall which does not happen often. I've had a lot of miles past few weeks because we were away camping where there were many walking trails. I would walk several times a day. Some days I felt just worn out! lol.... The dog walks are usually 2=3 miles. Any extra I do alone except on those camping trips. My girls went every time...lol

    November 20th..... Bitterly cold and it was a sunday so NO WALKING ...0.0 miles
    November 21st.....3.0 Walking miles. and still fairly cold but waiting until afternoon helped that...I fear I will not make my goal this month but only time and weather will tell...

    TOTAL thus far November 21st......85.0 Walking Miles

    Thanks @rccsinger. Going a bit slower, but just getting my butt out there again this week. Did an easy walk today. I may go try a new SUP board tomorrow which might be all the paddling I get in tomorrow. I think I'm probably going to buy it (assuming the test drive goes well), but still have to shuffle some money around before I can make the big purchase...hopefully next week.

    So the count is going up steadily (5900, 7000 then 8000). My dog needs a lot of walking! And ofcourse thir doesn't count any hubby or puppy sitter walks...

    Been looking back over my posts - i've been in this group since February turns out. Boy have I upped my exercise and activity!

    I also think i can go back to counting my 350 plus calorie burn days - i was at 66, then had a rather odd autumn exercise wise (house bound with new pup, CFS spike, multiple bad luck illnesses, then giving the hound as much walking as he can take...a working dog). So now at c 73. And 100 by end December looks doable.

    Thanks for helping me stay motivated Jeannie and clan!
