Would the disrespect still occur, IF promoted?
I’d hate to wake up to a job, that I was disrespected daily. The potential harm that continued stress could place on my body, would have me in search for a job.0 -
When/if you get the promotion, will you still be unfulfilled? Is the money enough for you to trade off job satisfaction? If you leave, will you find a job that will engage you? Lots of questions, only one person can answer them.2

I think it would, I'm the only female and only admin staff, the operatives don't respect me which makes my job a lot harder but all I keep thinking of is the opportunities getting a promotion (and the qualification along with it) will bring1 -
