    Good self esteem, is self confidence and using your abilities in a positive way. There’s definitely a difference, in feeding ones ego Vs self esteem.

    I was just curious what the difference is to him. It made me ponder if it’s selfish to use whatever tricks or strategies one can cognitively to help boost self esteem without turning into an over confident a hole or going to far the other way with the whole self deprecation talk.

    Hahah! Sometimes it’s good to be an Ahole, when needed, especially to shut down overly cocky AHoles. Yeah, sounds like he needs to say nice things to himself in the mirror. 💜 @1sphere we are our worst critics, it’s okay to feel good about yourself.
