    I don't understand the numbers behind weight loss. I don't understand how I'm eating twice my normal calorie intake and losing weight.
    No matter how many times a friend has tried to explain it to me.. MBR, TDEE, the numbers give me a headache.
    I'm struggling to hit my calorie mark. I'm going to order a high calorie protein drink mix because I can't keep up this bulk eating in the long run.

    Yup, I get it. It's cool to hear people, too; then when you're reading their posts your inner-voice for them has their imprint on it.
