    Sadly for some it's so deep seeded and ingrained in their beliefs of their self worth. It's almost like someone who joined a cult and needs reprogramming. But it does make you want to just scream to them YOU ARE WORTH MORE THAN THIS!

    How'd I do? I'm currently practicing this with my daughter...the art of accepting compliments. It's a learning process for us both. We're not supposed to respond with anything other than a "thank you."

    I did type out other details but it just makes this even more satire.
