Nobody. I’m right as rain. 😁❤️1 -
The wedding venue called and the wedding is a go. Now I have to catch up all the things I haven't been able to do for the last two months. 51 days. I can finally get into my MOB dress again; yay! Added to the stress, I am now hosting the rehearsal dinner for 30 people at my home.8

I started back 4-5 yrs ago. Getting ready to turn 50 this August. Prior to starting back had done although wrong things.....eating, smoking, you name it.
I could barely get a 1/4 mile in at first, which I found embarrassing. Then I began to push myself.
It was three weeks and I was doing 3 miles daily. At 6 weeks and I was doing 6-9.
It may sound simple, but the approach I took was just that. Take what I could until I could take more. And don't beat myself up about it.
Now I'm doing approx 2 hrs daily of mixed cardio and strength training, heavy on cardio. I jump rope, run, walk, do circuit and strengthening daily.
It's taken a long time to get there, but I feel better now than I have in 20 years.
Give yourself the freedom to set manageable, attainable goals. ANY gain is gain. 😊
Good luck on your journey!5 -
