Sometimes I get really put off by the knee jerk reaction on this forum to anything seen as “trendy” or “popular.”
We get it. You think it’s perfectly acceptable to eat 1500 calories of Snickers bars a day and lose weight, because CICO CICO CICO. Heaven forbid somebody want more from a diet than just a simple calorie deficit.1 -
