I posted after I calmed down from a 4 hour panic attack at a hospital
I was trying to distract myself
I visited my sick grandma and almost passed out

Well weren't they all talking about me?
I had a 4 hr panic attack earlier at a hospital seeing my sick grandma
I was very scared
Literally just joking about Italian grannies and veggie pasta, I'm not sure what I said that would make you think I was talking bad about you.

I didn't mean they were talking about my grandma , I just mentioned my grandma cuz I saw her ein hospital today and had a mental breakdown there
I also could not walk I was crying my mom was running through hospital to find my grandma room cuz her surgery started and I couldn't walk I got to her room almost passed out tried to ask for help my mom got mad then
Went to hospital cafeteria and I had a severe panic attack

Thank You, well yesterday I got blood sugar tests, the day before I went to family doctor, and day before that went to emergency room bcuz of panic attacks, not eating enough, possible prediabetes, and high blood pressure.0 -

I got the results back from test earlier today so it said I don't have diabetes, but I may have prediabetes.0 -

Don't take it personally... maybe some people were having fun with you...Initiation to Chit Chat should tell you there is a bit (lot) of sarcasm and a lot of "kidding" here...it's easy to get offended...especially in a text based format...shrug it off...honestly no one here is of malicious intent...it's all basically fun
...having said that there are some serious topics discussed that get helpful and heartfelt opinions, so key is to be free and to be you

To me woo's are positive, in chit chat and F&G...like "woo" (I agree wholeheartedly, excellent post, brave post) , in the health and fitness forums it's not a positive reaction I gather, but I don't go there often
