How much money will it to cost to fix my teeth?! I can’t even see my dentist till Monday. I’m sorry for venting. I just had a really bad day. :(

The fact I may possibly get my hands on tickets to game 5 in Winnipeg vs Vegas. If not then, then maybe the Stanley Cup finals if the Jets make it there. Sooooo excited. Will make my entire year!!!!

My boy will be nine tomorrow. A bittersweet moment. They tell you how fast it goes. But you never fully grasp how fast time passes until the time has already passed.

So true. My second boy will be 13 next week. It seems like just the other day that he was a wild little toddler, running face first into anything because he never slowed down and didn’t care to be bothered with looking where he was going.

They're basically interchangeable so you might as well just use whichever one sounds better to you at the time :p

I take 'might' as a possibility & 'may' as permission, but yes.... they are interchangeable

..... just like I say that a book is 'titled' & a person might be 'entitled'.

I had a pan x ray done at the clinic already. I have temporomandibular joint disorder. I was prescribed pain medication, which I haven’t taken. I also have a torn ulnar collateral ligament on my left hand. All these are not considered “emergencies” so I have to wait till Monday. In high in sight, I’m pretty lucky. Except for my chipped front teeth. That’s considered cosmetic and is all out of pocket expenses. I am afraid to see that bill!

You have boxing injuries.....you sure you weren't throwin hands and caught a couple to the jaw? You're a badass ;)

My daughter turned 17 (!) last week - as proud as I am of the lovely young woman she is, I miss my little girl.

Other, lesser-used terms include ‘dope’ in the Carolinas and ‘tonic’ in and around Boston, both fading in popularity. Other generic terms for soft drinks outside the US include ‘pop’ (Canada), ‘mineral’ (Ireland), ‘soft drink’ (New Zealand and Australia). The term ‘soft drink’, finally, arose to contrast said beverages with hard (i.e. alcoholic) drinks

I grew up calling it “pop”

I only knew it as “pop” for most of my childhood. I thought “soda” was the way Italians said it because I figured they didn’t know any better. Lol

Did you think this because you can buy Italian Soda? :p

I think it's safe to say that 95% of the world calls it soda.

    Then they’re wrong: it’s pop.

It’s Mother’s Day and I need to call my mom. I miss her wisdom and back rubs.
