    Took our family pup out for a walk, only to discover a beach volleyball court. Win!! My sis and I looked to each other and stated, "It's on!". I love love snow, but there is something about golden sand that just reaches in and digs out our inner island gals.

    Trying to psych myself back into my weekly workout routine while trying to ignore the fact that i'm still in pain from 2 days ago.

    Thinking that tonight's dinner with "our American mum's" was a rousing success. The poached salmon was perfect and flakey. Purple potatoes with broccolini and shaved parmesan cheese with sprinkles of edible lavender. Dessert was raspberry Pavlova and assorted Wilson Creek wines. Ended the evening with karaoke -omg!! Lol! All were ubered home by 10.30pm with our kitchen spotless. Friends who are family - PRICELESS! <3

    It's bedtime. Yay!!
