I have a question for anyone preferably female. I have reached a plateau of loosing weight. I've been the same weight for almost a week now. I have exercised everyday in the gym and have been on a 1200 calories. The first week I lost 4 lbs and after one week of doing the same thing I cannot loose a pound. Any suggestions would be helpful0

I have a question for anyone preferably female. I have reached a plateau of loosing weight. I've been the same weight for almost a week now. I have exercised everyday in the gym and have been on a 1200 calories. The first week I lost 4 lbs and after one week of doing the same thing I cannot loose a pound. Any suggestions would be helpful
