A lot on my mind but mainly I’m stressing out because I haven’t lost much since last week. What scares me is that I don’t want to put that weight back on neither do I want to maintain my current weight. I know it gets harder so I just gotta stay focused I guess.0

Tough for sure. Just stay on it. Work out, eat at deficit while maintaining macros as close as possible and results will speak for themselves. Font stress it, sometimes it can effect it as well. I dont even look at the scale anymore. Use the mirror!
Yeah you’re right, I should probably stay away from the scale for a little while because I think I am getting obsessed..

I used to obsessively weigh myself everyday and every time i gained or didnt lose i stopped eating that day. Its was unhealthy for both my body and mind. Just gotta put the scale away and focus on the diet plan/workouts
That’s true, I will actually do that because It’s really demotivating1 -

3) none
