What kind of cardio on heavy lifting days?

    I tried to do a quick jog after heavy lifting (Stronglifts) and my legs simly felt like spaghetti. So no cardio for me.

    So I did legs today & decided to just do light cardio to warm up. I walked on the treadmill for 15 mins at a pace of 4.0 & then did some stretching after I finished lifting. I feel amazing!
