First of all if he looks like a lumberjack with a nice kempt scruff then I will probably be attracted, no denying it.

But attractive characteristics for me, both physical and personality wise, is someone that values and promotes honesty and integrity, has kindness but is not a push over, is very confident but not cocky and takes care of himself, keeps active and tries to stay fit and definitely keeps himself clean.
