    Great job everyone!!

    I got an extra 5 minutes done earlier today (for 35 minutes total), and will log in with a final total for me at the end of the night. I'm doing some work tonight as I have nowhere else to be, and need to make up some hours from slacking off earlier this week (the bane of being self-employed). Now that the cats are fed, I'm hoping my next few breaks will be plank workout breaks, just so I don't look like a complete wimp for starting the challenge and only getting it half done. (To me, anyone who starts a challenge has the responsibility to see it through to completion, but that's me.)

    Hope everyone is enjoying their New Year's Eve (and frankly I am also, since I love the work I do), and has a wonderful New Year!!

    Argh, final totals not what I wanted, but had a lot of distractions tonight. Only got in one more set of 5 minutes (was shooting for 4 sets total). At least it was better than November. Tomorrow, er, um, Today is a new day...and a new month...and a new year! See you in the January thread!!
    Tried a new dynamic plank today - the straight arm with overhead reach. I think I like it...can feel it across my chest as well as my core.
