Struggling today...not with food, but attitude. My own of course. I'm Ms. Snarky pants lately and I really shouldn't be. And I can't remember if I took my darn probiotic again today.
*sigh, I need Calgon. Or sunshine and warmth. Both?
Have a great evening middle agers, I'll be working a quick close.1 -
Good afternoon everyone. I am 38, currently living in North Carolina, and starting MFP AGAIN. I’ve got the same 30lbs to lose AGAIN. I never participated in forum discussions or added online friends before so I thought I’d try it out this time. I am married and have one child, 2 dogs and a hamster. I’m just counting calories and getting some good old fashioned exercise hoping my willpower keeps me going through this summer. Feel free to add me if you’d like.2

Just came across this "the middle agers group" and I thought to myself... EVE I think you will be just find introducing yourself to all this wonderful group. I'm about to be 41yrs ( April 3rd). I have struggled with my weight all my life. I have lost/gain/lost and gain it all back and a bit more, but it wasn't until 18 months ago that I guess I finally got sick and tired of being big and took things seriously. You have to change your eating habits or it's not going to work regardless of how much you workout. Any who... here I am and ready to rock my 40's 50's 60's and 90's if I get there :-) xoxoxo
